It was getting close to bedtime and as usual we try to read a book or two.  My four year old daughter loves books more than my ten and five year old.  We have some children’s books to review written by Danielle Linder an educator, children’s book author, award winning woman entrepreneur and visionary, changing the landscape for early childhood education.  We tried to get my five year old to pay attention to Sofia the Snail since he sometimes has some too dark issues.  The illustrations in all of her books are beautifully made and kept everyone wanting to know...

Sunday evening my three year old daughter and I got the opportunity to attend Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood Live at the Brown Theatre with a a good friend and her three year old son.  We arrived about 20 minutes before the show and were happy to see that there were no long lines to pick up our tickets.  We were directed by friendly staff to an area where we could sign out booster seats to help our little ones see the show better.  While getting the seats we spotted a huge cardboard cut out of the Daniel Tiger train where the kids...

My six and nine year old sons and I got the opportunity to preview the new Jungle Book movie this week!  What an adventure.  Disney held nothing back in the making of this film.  From the opening scenes my boys were on the edge of their seats feeling the excitement of trekking around the jungle with young Mowgli. George is the...

My family loves going to the movies. The girls love getting popcorn, watching the movie, and really just the whole family movie experience. We recently were able to attend a special sneak peek of the up and coming great movie, Kung Fu Panda 3!   The movie picks up with Po, (Jack Black) struggling against two battles. One that he must face as the, "Dragon Warrior" and one that hits a lot closer to home. All of the main characters make an appearance, and this movie has no shortage of talent. Angelinea Jolie plays the voice of Tigress. Dustin Hoffman plays...
