Your child will develop skills and make friendships that will last a lifetime. Silver Heights Youth Camp was founded by James H. Conner As a humanitarian, he wanted to establish a holiness camp in the area of New Albany so that the people in the community could gather and worship. In 1888, he successfully established the institution and brought peacefulness and equal respect amongst the people.
