We love to take our family on weekend jaunts and our kids think that staying in a hotel is the greatest fun! On our most recent trip to Cincinnati we decided to forego the hotel we normally stay in and try the Drury Inn and Suites North. I had stayed at the Louisville Drury Inn a couple months earlier for a Girl's Night Out and loved it!

Upon Check-In we were greeted by a friendly staff who gave us the details of the 5:30 Kickback. I have to say that my hubby and I both perked right up at the idea of complimentary hot food and a few adult beverages.

We headed up to our room and found ourselves quite pleased with it! It's great to have a two room suite for the phenomenal Drury Inn rate. We would be able to let the kids go to bed at their normal bedtime and not have to watch the TV muted.
After letting the kids unwind for a bit we headed downstairs for the 5:30 Kickback. The food was delish! The boys were delighted with the nachos and hot dogs! Daddy and Mommy thought the baked potatoes were wonderful! We both enjoyed some adult beverages as well.

After the Kickback the family changed and headed to the pool. The pool was great! It was indoor/outdoor and one of the boys kept popping outside and then back in. He thought the dividing wall was lots of fun! We played in the pool area for quite a while to be sure the kids were good and tired.

The beds were a welcome sight when we returned to our room. Oh so comfy with nice bedding - this was gonna be a great night for sleeping. We settled the boys in and they were off to dreamland quickly. Mom and Dad enjoyed a free HBO movie in the adjoining room and then joined the boys in the bedroom.

After what truly was a great nights sleep we woke up thinking of the yummy breakfast awaiting us downstairs. We weren't disappointed! Belgian Waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, blueberry muffins and fresh fruit awaited us. Yum!

We all agreed on our trip home that the Drury Inn and Suites would be our new go-to hotel!
