All About Kids
At All About Kids, camps are high-energy, all-day fun that’s far from ordinary. Don’t worry about your kids sitting around and watching TV all summer – here they’ll interact with other children, play games, learn skills and enjoy different camp themes each week. Camps are for boys and girls ages 4 and up. Our caring staff will nurture your child through days and weeks of camp fun (choose from individual days or full weeks)! Each day features swimming (ages 6 and up), Open Gym, instructed classes in gymnastics, martial arts, dance and tumbling (classes vary each day), outside playtime (weather permitting), arts and crafts and more!

Take an Adventure Through Time with The J Summer Camp where there is something for every child. We off traditional camp for children 2 years through 10th grade with arts & crafts, sports, free swim, swim lessons and more! We believe that all campers can participate, all campers can succeed and all campers can make a new friend. Our Yachad program integrates children with special needs fully in our regular program. We also offer a special unit for preschoolers transitioning into Kindergarten.

Bring STEAM to life using LEGO® bricks, technology and other engaging tools! Snapology programs provide a fun and safe environment for children ages 4-14 to learn about robotics, programming, animation, engineering, video game design, science and more. We’ve scheduled many of our most popular programs, including: GameBots Robotics, Star Wars Movie Making, Video Game Design, KinderRobotics, Amusement Park Adventure, Space Wars Robotics, FIRST® LEGO® League Junior and many more!
Dates/Times/Location/ Cost: For summer 2017, we’re offering over 30 camps at three different locations: St. Matthews Community Center, Sayers Classical Academy and First Baptist Church of Middletown. Depending upon the location, camps are 1, 4 or 5 days long, and start at $59. ***Register for qualifying camps before May 1st and save $25 off tuition.***

Courses at iD Tech Camps are divided by age so kids and teens enjoy appropriate subject matter, pacing, and off-computer activities. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a tech-pro-in-the-making, iD Tech Camps is the ideal blend of STEM learning and traditional summer camp fun. Get Outside at The Parklands of Floyds Fork! Campers in grades K-6 spend their days participating in discovery-based field experiences and science investigations into gardening, art, paddling, hiking, biking, biology and bugs! These full day programs include hands-on classroom activities, field hikes, “Sprayground Wednesdays,” and so much more!
The Parklands Summer Science Camps take place over eight weeks from June through August. Each week includes one camp for campers entering K-3 and one for 4-6 graders. Save when you register by May 5! Parklands Members receive a reduced tuition rate.

Gheens Science Hall and Rauch Planetarium Space Camps
All aboard our virtual spaceship for out-of-this-world summer camp fun! Kids rocket through space exploring our amazing universe as well as delve into hands-on, engaging activities that spark a life-long love of science and learning. Each camp is structured to appropriately challenge campers, building inquiry and problem-solving skills while helping kids learn to work cooperatively and individually. Telescope building, rocket launching, comet making, astronaut training and designing solar ovens are just a few of the exciting activities in store for the campers.
Dates/Times: All camps are scheduled as one-week sessions, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM.

A science and technology day camp that offers a large variety of camps to pique your young scientist’s interests! Interests which include Video Game Creation, Veterinary Medicine, Paleontology, Engineering, Space, Biology, Chemistry, Oceanography, LEGO® Robotics and much more for PreK through 8th grade!
Dates/Times: Week long programs in June and July - 9am – 3pm with before and after care available

Asia Institute-Crane House STARTALK: Chinese Language Program
Tuition free summer language program focused on providing high quality Chinese language and cultural learning to rising 6th -12th grade students in the Louisville, Kentucky region.
In this 3-week program students are immersed in Chinese language and culture for the duration through projects and group activities. Activities include traditional arts such as paper folding and calligraphy, traditional dances, tai chi, and music. They will also explore contemporary China through its cities, growing economy, environment and the arts. Students will use their own Kentucky heritage as a lens to compare and contrast both cultures. During the course of the program, students learn language and culture, then demonstrate their knowledge in a final program for educators, family and friends.

Silver Heights Youth Camp
Silver Heights is a Christian camp for kids who are 13-18. The schedule includes group and breakout lessons and devotional times with Christian teaching. There is a worship service every evening in our outdoor tabernacle and parents are invited to attend. There will also be Frisbee Golf, basketball, hiking trails, corn hole and a gaga pit. Students from Asbury University are the counselors and the kids stay in cabins or a dormitory.
Dates/Times: June 11-16, 2017. Arrival is 3pm on June 11 and departure time is June 16 after the evening service.
Cost: Free, but limited to 60 kids.

Ready for summer?? It's never too early to plan for summer camp. Campers learn about basic horse care and get to ride twice a day. Riding sessions include a trail ride around the farm, gymnastics on horses, mounted games, basics to jumping, obstacle courses and fun riding lessons. Riding lessons are taught by experienced teaching staff on safe reliable lesson ponies. Campers also participate in fun crafts and games.
