Derby Dinner Playhouse opened the popular children’s show PINKALICIOUS- The Musical this past weekend and the kids loved it!   This is just another great show in their Children’s Musical Theatre Series.  Pinkalicious, played by the spunky Leslie Spitznagel, is a little girl who loves the color pink.  She wants everything to be pink.  When she eats one too many pink cupcakes, her dream comes true and she turns pink!  Watch as she and her little brother Peter, played by Collin Jackson, who secretly likes pink too, discovers how “one more” is too many.  This new musical, based on the popular...

Derby Dinner Playhouse kicked off their 2016-2017 season last week with the opening of the popular comedy ARSENIC & OLD LACE.  I was really looking forward to having a fun night out with lots of laughs, and this show did not disappoint!  ARSENIC & OLD LACE  is a riotous tale of two charming old ladies, played by Janet Essenpreis (Martha) and Debbie King-Raque (Abby), who dispense cheer to all, along with elderberry wine spiked with arsenic!  They play their roles beautifully, making you believe that they are super sweet ladies who simply think they are helping the greater good! Derby Dinner Playhouse opened a fun new musical, LEGALLY BLONDE, this week and we were there for opening night!  The theater is decked out in hot pink streamers and you know you are in for a great night from the moment you walk in! This past weekend Derby Dinner Playhouse opened their new Children’s Musical Theater show, CHARLOTTE’S WEB.   CHARLOTTE’S WEB is the classic story based on E.B.
