I can't believe I started my journey using the Tupler Technique back 17 weeks ago.  I remember thinking that this wasn't going to work and that I was going to be stuck looking like this forever, unless I wanted to get a tummy tuck.  Now looking in the mirror, I wish I knew about this sooner! I do not look anything like this picture on the left.  By all means my stomach isn't completely flat, and that's okay with me.  My back pain has decreased, and I am fitting into my jeans easier. Next week I'll be sharing my last blog...

After singer/songwriter Jewel had her baby, she used the Tupler Technique to get her body back into shape! Many moms are using the Tupler Technique to heal their diastasis. Check out all this media coverage about the popular Tupler Technique: Even though it's used by celebrities like Jewel, and many moms, I personally had never heard of the Tupler Technique and even that you could have a diastasis.  I really wish that this was something that your doctor would discuss or mention at your 6 week postpartum appointment. Things have been going well this week. I'm continuing the Tupler exercises and also trying to stick to an exercise routine. It's been difficult this week - my oldest started Kindergarten so we've been busy going shopping for supplies and going to open houses. One victory this week was going down in clothing sizes. I had ordered some shirts online, and I have been wearing a 2XL shirt mainly to hide my belly. So when I was ordering them I knew I could fit into an XL but I got up the courage and ordered a Large. I was so...
