My daughter and I had the pleasure of attending the Children's Tea with the Derby Festival Princesses on April 28, 2013. We checked in and received our schedule for the afternoon, as well as a goodie bag that contained princess items such as a feather boa, wand, sunglasses, notepad, bracelets, some candies, Alice in Wonderland book, and a few other assorted items. There were four different "Royal Appointments" that the girls rotated through, the order of which depended on what color schedule card you were given at the beginning. We attended Thunderblast at the Kentucky Science Center for Thunder Over Louisville this Saturday and it was really a treat! Our family had private access to the museum and all of its exhibits including the new BODY WORLDS Vital exhibit, lots of kid's activities, discounted IMAX tickets and so much more! The kids loved the science experiments, bounce houses, and frisbee spin painting! The Science Center had a private viewing area on the River for their guests which made us feel very safe and secure. We were able to place our chairs anywhere within the enclosed area, and every guest received...

  My family and I attended the KDF Pegasus Parade yesterday! I was a little unsure about taking the boys as they are typically tired and easily bored in the late afternoon but it turned out that I had nothing to worry about. The parade was so much fun for all!     We had bleacher seats at Second and Broadway right in front of McDonald's and under some nice shade trees.
