So I like to think I'm on the green end of the spectrum. Some might say I'm a little crunchy momma. I have been cloth diapering since I had my second kid. I use more towels cleaning up spills than I care to admit instead of reaching for a paper towel. However I have gone through way too many disposable sandwich bags. I had the pleasure yesterday of attending the Colors of the Season dinner show at the Galt House Hotel as part of their Kalightoscope Christmas offerings and it truly put me in the holiday spirit!  This show, in the Archibald ballroom has a fantastic set and a fantastic cast!  Upon entering, we were greeted and shown to our seats promptly.  We were then treated to hot apple cider while the cast came out with a small preview show of sorts.  They sang a few holiday tunes and then taught us all about Christmas from Kentucky songs!  I learned a few things...

The Galt House Hotel offers a Holiday experience like no other with their Christmas at the Galt House Hotel events!  There are so many fun things to do and see and I highly recommend them all!  We started our experience with the Snow Fairy Princess Tea!  The Mommy Nest was excited to be a part of the event where children of all ages could come experience a fun tea with pastries while meeting the Snow Fairy Princess.  This event takes place in the Willow Room on the Rivue Tower side of the hotel.  It is so much fun just walking through...
